I'd love feedback on this stack. I'm a career executive and my goals are
* Increase processing capacity
* Increase verbal fluidity (makes me smarter in meetings)
* Increase testosterone -- for muscle mass and libido
* Increase stress response -- to think calmly.
My stack is (all from ND)
* Polygala - 100mg
* NMN - 1 tablet
* Aniracetam - 500 mg
* Tongkat 2% - 1 tablet
What do you think?

In your opinion do any of these imply an effect that is dramatic enough to increase protein synthesis to a noticeable level? Do you feel that someone could grow larger muscles as a result of supplementing with one or all of them?
When considering this I was keeping in mind that it takes a pretty dramatic increase in testosterone to increase hypertrophic efficiency.
I haven’t read these yet but hope to have time later tonight or tomorrow to check them out.
Thank you MYASD for posting these!

Absolutely. Perhaps not to a massive degree for a healthy 20 year old, but certainly for someone with naturally lower levels or in their 30s to 60s. There is no doubt about it that tongkat can significantly increase performance for some people. There is a reason I got so excited when I started taking it. I don't say something is one of the most effective products I have ever tried lightly. If you naturally have high testosterone levels, then it might not be as strong. However, for many people it will be a game changer.
