Help for deeper sleep

Hi guys,
Recently I'm having too much REM sleep and not enough deep sleep (dreams are causing many "micro interruptions", also my tracker is confirming this).
Which is the best supplement for enhancing deep sleep and sleep quality in general?
I've seen that magnolia bark, lemon balm, theanine, oleamide and sometimes Nigella Sativa are advised for sleep. Also Gotu Kola, but I've read that it could reduce total sleep time.
I've tried ashwagandha Sensoril but it didn't help. The same for magnesium and glycine. Quite surprisingly I get more interrupted sleep with them.
Thanks!

So you have the exact problem I have! I was getting tons of REM, but almost no deep. The one thing that has fixed it for me is our lemon balm tablets. I take one tablet before bed, and I get significantly more deep sleep as measured on our Oura ring. I also confirmed that effect with my Dreem 2 headband. So at least for me personally, our lemon balm tablets were the one that helped my deep sleep the most. I never use ashwagandha at night, as it just doesn't work that well for me for sleep. You are likely similar to me. So try the lemon balm and see!
