Help for deeper sleep

Hi guys,
Recently I'm having too much REM sleep and not enough deep sleep (dreams are causing many "micro interruptions", also my tracker is confirming this).
Which is the best supplement for enhancing deep sleep and sleep quality in general?
I've seen that magnolia bark, lemon balm, theanine, oleamide and sometimes Nigella Sativa are advised for sleep. Also Gotu Kola, but I've read that it could reduce total sleep time.
I've tried ashwagandha Sensoril but it didn't help. The same for magnesium and glycine. Quite surprisingly I get more interrupted sleep with them.
Thanks!

As someone who is trying to decide between the two why is the oura ring better? Many people say that the dreem2 is more accurate.

Convenience. The Dreem2 is more accurate, as it has EEG. However, it is a PAIN IN THE ASS to use every night. You have to charge it every day, and it barely has enough battery to get through one night. Be sure to confirm it is perfectly seated on the charger, too. Many times you will go to bed and find that it has no charge because it was slightly off on the charger. Then you are SOL. Let's say it did properly charge the night before. Well then you have to put this damn thing on your head every night, and make sure the sensors are all properly touching your scalp. If you have a lot of hair, that can be a challenge. Then you have to pick up your phone, open the Dreem app, then start your night. Then when you wake up in the morning you have to open the app again, and tell it when your night is done. It's a manual process EVERY SINGLE DAY.
With the Oura ring you just leave it on your finger and fall asleep whenever. You don't even need to open the app for weeks if you don't want to. It just knows when you go to sleep and when you wake up. All I do is set in on the charger when I am brushing my teeth, and that is enough charge to have it never run out of battery. If you forget for a couple days, no worries. It has enough charge to last a few days, unlike the Dreem2. Then you can wear it all day, and it tracks your stats for your activity as well, and figures that into your readiness score. It's literally the most unobtrusive device I have ever used. It's always tracking my activity and sleep. I just leave it on my finger and charge it when I am brushing my teeth. If I fall asleep on the couch, it still tracks my sleep. The Dreem would not even be on my head if I fell asleep on the couch, much less would I have opened the damn app to tell it I was going to sleep.
I ran both the Oura and Dreem2 together for weeks to compare the data. Sure, the Dreem has EEG, so it was more accurate. However, the difference in data was not much. The Oura ring captured the essence of what the Dreem2 did, just without the EEG data to confirm. I would say it was 90% accurate, with 5% the effort. The Oura app is way better, too. I will use Oura for as long as it is supported. My Dreem2 just sits on my nightstand collecting dust.
