Help for deeper sleep

Hi guys,
Recently I'm having too much REM sleep and not enough deep sleep (dreams are causing many "micro interruptions", also my tracker is confirming this).
Which is the best supplement for enhancing deep sleep and sleep quality in general?
I've seen that magnolia bark, lemon balm, theanine, oleamide and sometimes Nigella Sativa are advised for sleep. Also Gotu Kola, but I've read that it could reduce total sleep time.
I've tried ashwagandha Sensoril but it didn't help. The same for magnesium and glycine. Quite surprisingly I get more interrupted sleep with them.
Thanks!

Right now I have the Oura ring and the Dreem2; I decided to get both for their 30 day trial and compare the two. I agree the Dreem2 is somewhat finicky although I have adapted to it. Also, I've found a material difference between the Oura ring's sleep analytics output and the Dreem's.
Regarding the Oura ring, what surprising actionable metrics have you discovered? As in, I reckon the majority folks who have long been interested in nootropics/supplements have also been aware of what constitutes a healthy lifestyle. I mean, I already know I need a consistent sleep schedule, and that I should exercise regularly, and that I should avoid blue lights at night, etc. And these are the sorts of things that effect the Oura ring's "scores". My genuine question is: why do I need a biometric device that, while beneficial for people who might not know these things/ever implemented them in their daily lives, essentially just reiterates everything I already know? Just for reinforcement, perhaps? I'd guess you've already considered this and I am interested to hear your insights.

I have learned that if I drink more than 1 glass of beer, I get shit sleep. My heart rate is elevated through most of the night, and my readiness score plummets. I can also more rapidly assess how new supplements are affecting my sleep and how rested I am. I can also see how my resting heart rate is affected by new supplements I add in. It can also alert me if it sees an increase in my average body temperature, so I can determine if a sickness is coming on, and more quickly react to it with increasing my supplementation for my immune system. If you have your routine and supplement regimen dialed in already, you likely won't get a ton of benefits. However, if you are always changing and trying new things, it's very nice to see how that is affecting you.
