What Albert Einstein said about the key to happiness is “living a easy modest life is better than a life pursuing success and restlessness “ that shit fucked me up so the people I think that are losers drinking on the weekends, not having any real life goals are way happier than me who is a RN and is about to get in med school but my life has been constant restlessness. Then I thought how nice would it be to be a idiot “ignorance is bliss” right?

There should be stages of your life. One size doesn't fit all. I've gone through periods where I was barely working and just having a great time hanging at the pool, going on roads trips, traveling to beaches, etc. I was really happy then, but not fulfilled. There was no meaning or purpose. It was just having fun and relaxing. It worked for that period in my life, though.
Now I basically work all the time, but I am accomplishing a mission I set out to do years ago. I am not as happy go lucky and stress free as I was back then, but I am much more fulfilled. I set out to accomplish a goal, and I get to feel pride in achieving it. I think we all need to experience different stages in our lives. Feeling the pride of a true accomplishment is something everyone should have at least once. But I do feel we should gravitate towards a less stressful and more balanced state. Ignorance truly can be bliss, as long as you don't have to suffer the consequences of the situations that might arise from it. Sometimes ignorance works out for a while, but then you get blindsided by something you were not expecting.
Hang in there. You will feel a lot of pride when you finally get through med school and accomplish the goal you set out years ago. Just try to stop and appreciate the little things along the way.
