Supplements to counter-balance Lions mane’s potential side effects?

Hi guys,
which are the best supplements to pair with lion’s mane? My issues are mild anxiety, pessimistic attitude, brain fog/lack of focus and overthinking.
I’m interested because it seems they could help also in modulating the immune response (I have an autoimmune disease causing itching and inflammation on scalp).
In order to balance potential anti-androgen effects, such as loss of libido, I was thinking about pairing LM with something “pro testosterone/libido”, such as ashwagandha, cordyceps, sulbutiamine, maca, boron, shilajit (plus tongkat ali, when it will be available).
I know that there are no human studies but I’ve seen some anecdotal experiences. I’m concerned about LM potential downsides also because recent bloodworks showed that I have low luteinizing hormone LH (I have also varicocele).
This strategy could work? Do you have any experience about taking LM alongside these supplements?
For my issues I’m considering also other mushrooms (mainly chaga and white jelly), magnolia bark, nigella sativa, polygala, CBD oil and maybe kanna.
Thanks!

Yeah I find it super interesting to measure the effect on my Oura resting and average sleeping HRs and HRV at night. It’s crazy how much of a benefit I’ve got this way via changing my nighttime cocktail around and adding things such as nigella sativa and pomella. I find it tougher to measure things I take in the day though since there’s always more variables (exercise, work stress, etc) that could mess with it.
Imagine telling your doctor you’ve lower your average hr by 3-7 bpm+ by taking various herbs/antioxidants. I dunno if they believe you lol.

If you have a good doctor they will. It's just hard finding a good one. I have had two over the years that were open to listening to me and helping. The rest are just drug pushers. It's sad to think about, but true.
