Supplements to counter-balance Lions mane’s potential side effects?

Hi guys,
which are the best supplements to pair with lion’s mane? My issues are mild anxiety, pessimistic attitude, brain fog/lack of focus and overthinking.
I’m interested because it seems they could help also in modulating the immune response (I have an autoimmune disease causing itching and inflammation on scalp).
In order to balance potential anti-androgen effects, such as loss of libido, I was thinking about pairing LM with something “pro testosterone/libido”, such as ashwagandha, cordyceps, sulbutiamine, maca, boron, shilajit (plus tongkat ali, when it will be available).
I know that there are no human studies but I’ve seen some anecdotal experiences. I’m concerned about LM potential downsides also because recent bloodworks showed that I have low luteinizing hormone LH (I have also varicocele).
This strategy could work? Do you have any experience about taking LM alongside these supplements?
For my issues I’m considering also other mushrooms (mainly chaga and white jelly), magnolia bark, nigella sativa, polygala, CBD oil and maybe kanna.
Thanks!

When you cycle them do you go off all at the same time? Or off one at a time and continue with 3/4 most of the time?

I generally cycle things individually, that way I know how each one was affecting me. If I cycled off them all at once, I would not be able to pinpoint each specific one and how well I was reacting to it.
