I know on the bottle it says 1-2 times daily, but is there concrete opinion on what most people go for? Some are saying to only use 500mg a day.
This being the: https://nootropicsdepot.com/lions-mane-hericium-erinaceus-whole-fruiting-body-medicinal-mushroom-extract-500mg-capsules/
Thanks for any help!

I know this is an old comment, but google brought me here.
I have ADHD and have been struggling with motivation, focus, and memory. Not to mention my mood has been lacking. Long story short: I purchased the 180 count 8:1 lions mane from your website, according to the tracking information it should be arriving today. I'm eager to try it.
I ordered it a couple days ago, but I wanted to try lions mane asap after reading all of the positive reviews. I saw a bottle for sale on Amazon which offered next day shipping and was highly rated as well. I suspect that the majority of these reviews are bullshit because they offer free bottles in exchange for reviews. I mean, realistically who's going to leave a bad review when a couple free bottles are on the line?
I decided to try this brand while I'm waiting for your product to arrive. Yesterday I took nine pills throughout the day and felt absolutely nothing at all, not even dry mouth. The brand is: DR EMIL NUTRITION Organic Lions Mane Mushroom Capsules - Maximum Dosage + Absorption Enhancer - Nootropic Brain Supplement and Immune Support (100% Pure Lions Mane Extract)
Have you tested this product at all? I would be willing to send you the rest of this bottle if you're interested. If it's…

We did, actually. We bought a bunch of lion's mane out there and tested them in our lab. It failed our testing. I will have to get the actual results when I am in the office tomorrow. Some of them were not even lion's mane. LOL. Our HP-TLC results showed they were not even Hericium erinaceus at all. I will check it Dr Emil was one of them. ~~I think it was.~~ There is so much fake shit out there, it is insane.
Edit: Dr. Emil was not one of them. It was lion's mane. The piperine just fluoresced super strongly on the HP-TLC plate. Strange they are adding in piperine...
