My general take on immune system is that it's always a balance of too much activity vs too little.

Is there anyway you can address this? I've only looked a little into the research and maybe I'm misunderstanding what I see. Generally, i guess what I'm saying is that I'm unclear why an increase is principally good on it's own.

So this one is REALLY cool because it activates plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). pDCs are a rare type of cell that link the innate and adaptive immune systems. The way it activates them is also more like a modulation. They even ran a safety study on it by giving people 5 times the normal dose every day for 4 weeks, and found no adverse effects.

So if over-activation of the immune system is your fear, it does not appear to be an issue, even at 5X dosing.

The youTheory capsules are 250mg like ours. They just tell you to take 2 for a dose. That's the dosing games brands play to trick people into thinking they are cheaper. If they wanted a dose to be 500mg, they should have

No dosing games?

It's a massive frustration of mine with other brands. Sellers will unnecessarily spread doses over multiple capsules to increase capsule counts, to seem like a better value. This is to trick consumers into thinking they
