That's interesting to know. I'm amazed how many receptor systems these pharmaceuticals interface with, although I've learnt more about binding affinity so some effects are marginal compared to others. I'm really looking to stop Mirtazapine, so I've been testing a few supplements out so when a I'm ready I can taper off this drug. It's messed up my metabolism. I had had insomnia before taking it and that's why I was forced to take it since 2015.

It gets even more complex when you factor in subreceptors, brain regions, and how certain receptors systems are linked to each other.
