Can you take Bacognize with Anti Depressants? I take a small amount of Mirtazapine 7.5mg. I actually bought Bacognize from you (ND) a few menthe ago but not tried it yet when I read about the effects on 5HT receptors.

Bacognize doesn't really affect 5-HT receptors that much. It more up-regulates tryptophan hydroxylase, which increases the production of 5-HT. It also up-regulates the SERT, or serotonin transporter. Bacopa does alter the expression of the 5-HT2C receptors, but that should not affect 5-HT1. We don't really understand how mirtazapine works, though. So it is hard to say. I would speak to your doctor about it. I personally would not be too worried, but we just don't know how mirtazapine is acting on the brain.
