White Jelly Mushroom

Original post in this thread

So I've noticed very positive and relatively potent effects from the white jelly mushroom extract. I was wondering if it may be possible to elucidate on the properties of this that allow me to have heightened focus and stress tolerance like no other supplement, without the euphoria or a sudden change in emotional state. I have only been able to ever recreate these with creatine (And I have used a plethora of noots over the years)

Is there any other supplements/ noots that may provide a similar result in the way I described?

Thanks for any help you could on this

I literally purchased these on a whim from them being rather novel and having a cool name (never a correct way to purchase any item but in this case I’ve tried many of the mushrooms and had room for one more)

What a surprise. The cognitive effects are pronounced and as I say only relative to creatine ime. Others may not have as noticeable effects w but it definitely occurs for me.

I will definitely take the time to read through the neuroplastic and sirtuin gene expression and translation based studies v soon. Regarding the metalloproteinases, I’m pretty familiar with the actions of 3,4 and 5 but these seem cool and I really wanna delve deeper into their actions and subsequent cytokine signalling cascades (specifically within the brain as you mentioned.)

How does methylene blue and reseveratrol compare in terms of beneficial cognitive function?

Thanks again for your detailed response

Edit: also @MYASD - have you experienced any noticeable tolerance if you are currently using this shroom in your stack? Thanks

How does methylene blue and reseveratrol compare in terms of beneficial cognitive function?

In my limited trials of both, not super well. Resveratrol was pretty lackluster for me. Methylene blue was a bit better, but dosing is always hard to get right. I much prefer white jelly mushroom.

have you experienced any noticeable tolerance if you are currently using this shroom in your stack?

No, not really. I always cycle, though. I try to cycle off most things every so often for at least a week. Sometimes I cycle off longer.

I am always trying new things that we are working on. So at any one point in time my stack will be different. However, I do have some staples in my base stack that stay there pretty consistently. * CoQSol-CF * Reacta-C
