I have been on zoloft for around two years, and while it has been effective for depressive thoughts, the cognitive dulling, and libido issues were starting to get to me. Though first of all I would like to say that for a large segment of those with MDD, that anti depressants will actually increase cognition, once your brain is back to where it was prior to the depression, is when you can start to notice the major dulling. Depression can cause severe psychomotor retardation(decreased cognitive tempo), brain atrophy, hpa dysfunction, and make you slow as molases, with a nasty case of leaden paralysis and apathy. This is all well documented so I won't bother getting into it. I am a firm believer that taking pharmaceutical SSRI's outweighs the risk/damage that will been done if left unmedicated(which happens, usually due to the misinformation).
So with this said, as an experimental person by nature, and being in a position to do so, I decided to see if Zembrin really could match up against a pharmaceutical SSRI. Zembrin is a proprietary extract of Kanna, special in it's production, and alkaloid contents. It has both SSRI, and PDE4 inhibiting properties. Which IMO makes it very specia…

If you guys came out with a combination supplement with Palmitoylethanolamide + luteolin(PEALUT), with Zembrin 25mg, Saffron 15mg, and BioPQQ 20mg. I would probably buy 3 years supply. (wishful thinking)
Though I do believe you should look into doing Palmitoylethanolamide formulations, as I have had great success with the PEALUT combo(especially in regards to reducing methadone tolerance), and general well-being.
Also I believe if Natrium came out with a mens line, topical that rivals Dermacrine, being a dhea + preg cream, then it would help alot of the low libido guys here, bring in the trt market guys who rather use it than HCG(i'd still use both). I've got alot of great ideas for novel formulations I've tested over the years, though I understand that was probably more up ceretropics alley, and your moving further away from that area.
EDIT: Also, have you tested out CurQfen yet? I was skeptical as first, but stuff is great, IMO more potent mental effects over longvida. If you get the chance, definitely try it out, you won't be disappointed. AOR is also working on their novel version of it, with tumeric polysaccharides(which gives Meriva a run for the money in peripheral inflammation)

We have a lot of formulas in the works with PEA. There are some cool things we are doing!
CurQfen
Never even heard of it. It seems crazy. They say they are using a fenugreek galactomannan dietary fibre as a non-covalently linked “Curcumagalactomannoside.” LOL. I will have to research that more.
