CoQ10 daily after 4-5 months

I started taking CoQ10 at about the beginning of January. This was my previous experience post. One thing to note is that I take the liquid form of Qunol. I've talked to people who haven't experienced anything from CoQ10 and I think it's because not all version are easily bioavailable like Qunol is. Qunol is water soluble and for about a decade it was the only product they sold.
First I'll go over my current stack and what's changed since then. At the end of February I stopped taking fish oil. I also cut back on the turmeric supplement. In February I was probably taking 1000mg per day, now it's 1000mg every other day, or longer. I added Athletic Greens into my stack. Yeah, yeah, it's overpriced. No doubt, but it's also NSF certified and I only take half doses so I can spread it out.
Right now I typically take 150mg twice per day. Sometimes 200mg sometimes 100mg. Just depends on how I feel.
Quitting fish oil made a HUGE difference in my mood. In regards to the CoQ10 effects, the first week was a 10 out of 10, by the end of the first month I was at a 3/10. After quitting fish oil I'm probably at somewhere…

I was more under the impression that it's due to rancidity of the oils. I've had the same experience. Anywhere from mildly lethargic and a little depressed on smaller doses to fully anxious with flu-like symptoms on higher doses.

While some may be due to the peroxide levels, and you should definitely look for ones that test for them, many people do get that side effect even with some higher quality oils. Some people are reporting side effects from the peroxide levels, though. That's true. It's very difficult and expensive to properly produce fish oil softgels while keeping oxidation at bay. You need softgel machines that are sealed from the room, and then you need to nitrogen purge them during the process. That's very difficult and expensive, so many places don't.
