How safe is palmitoylethanolamide(PEA)?

I recently ordered some PEA and it just arrived in the mail today. I was doing a bit of extra research and came across a Reddit thread that had a user asking about whether there was any risk with PEA because it is a COX2 inhibitor. They were asking about whether it could cause a vascular event because of this. Is it safe for me to take PEA?

So what I'm hearing is that in combination with something like CBD it might really shine.

Absolutely! Palmitoylethanolamide, Longvida, nigella sativa, and CBD is a great combo. You can throw oleamide and magnolia bark into the mix, too. Those modulate the endocannabinoid system as well. We are also working on a really cool new product that is going to go insanely well with PEA. It's a terpene found in some strains of cannabis and other plants that binds to the CB2 receptor. Most terpenes exist in a liquid state, or a resin, but this one we are getting into a powder form. So it will be a great addition to a PEA stack.
