⚠️ A word about COVID-19 and the Coronavirus ⚠️

I wanted to give our customers an update, since we have been getting a lot of questions surrounding the Coronavirus situation. We here at Nootropics Depot are currently operating like normal. However, we are taking the situation seriously. Currently, orders are being processed and shipped out like you would normally expect. However, things can change rapidly. We have been using enhanced biological protections at our facility, along with having multiple non-essential employees work from home, in an effort to social distance in a responsible manner. We have implemented a pandemic response plan, and have educated all our employees about the facts surrounding the current situation. We are ensuring that we as a company, along with all our employees individually, respond in a level-headed and intelligent manner to this ongoing issue. We will work to maintain normal operations for our customers for as long as we can, while ensuring that we are being responsible regarding the overall public health of our community. If the situation does change, and we are forced to alter our operations in a manner that might affect customers, or the timely fulfillment of orders, we will notify you via ema…

What are your hypothetical views on Vit C megadosing, and NAC? As well as balancing cytokine storm potentials?

For example I am, hypothetically, taking NAC, and I stopped taking Reishi. There are concerns Reishi can add to a cytokine storm if you get the virus (and some have it and don't know). NAC supposedly inhibits cytokines / inflammation. However some sources state inhibiting inflammation is actually a bad thing. Rather confusing for idiots like myself.

I've made a few comments on the dual stage inflammatory response with COVID-19 on here you might be interested in.

So it is complicated on the inflammation thing. You want some inflammation in certain stages, then you want to limit it in others. My main goal for myself right now is blocking the spike proteins of the virus from binding to ACE2 to begin with. I think that, paired with zinc ionophore activities, are the best way to supplement for SARS-CoV-2 at the moment.

My experience with white jelly mushroom

Replying to mamaharu · I get why they do it, but the 500mg dosage on ND mushrooms really is too low. I don't know much about White Jelly specifically, but it wouldn't surprise me if it also needed a gram

We are working on more white jelly products. I have three I am beta testing right now. We just take our time to ensure we fully understand the actives before we jump into random extracts that may or may not be better.

Right now I am cycling down to baseline, but my usual dosing is 1,000mg Lion's Mane, 500mg Cordyceps, and 1,000mg Reishi. The Lion's Mane seems to boost mood a bit acutely, and help memory over time. The Cordyceps gives
