I wanted to give our customers an update, since we have been getting a lot of questions surrounding the Coronavirus situation. We here at Nootropics Depot are currently operating like normal. However, we are taking the situation seriously. Currently, orders are being processed and shipped out like you would normally expect. However, things can change rapidly. We have been using enhanced biological protections at our facility, along with having multiple non-essential employees work from home, in an effort to social distance in a responsible manner. We have implemented a pandemic response plan, and have educated all our employees about the facts surrounding the current situation. We are ensuring that we as a company, along with all our employees individually, respond in a level-headed and intelligent manner to this ongoing issue. We will work to maintain normal operations for our customers for as long as we can, while ensuring that we are being responsible regarding the overall public health of our community. Thank you for such a detailed reply. I read through each abstract and my main takeaway is that there appears to be promising research for treatments of COVID-19. I'm not familiar with proportion of promising research that actually results in clinical treatments, but I'm hopeful.
When it comes to treatment for the disease, I noticed that the study below's introduction describes that the anti-inflammatories they mention are effective in reducing the elevated cytokine levels and consequences of those cytokines.

In a study I've seen you reference before on PEA, I found the following:
As PEA downmodulates a number of proinflammatory cytokines, this could very well be the reason for the decreased influenza and common cold symptomatology in individuals treated with PEA.
I am considering taking PEA (through Immune Defense) if I contract the coronavirus, but I'm similarly hesitant and want to "do [myself] no harm" and perhaps instead let it run its course without any supplement.

You are definitely on the right track! If I came down with COVID-19, you bet your ass I would be supplementing many things. I already am. There is good data out there right now. I think we can certainly use it to tailor a regimen for it.
