I'd love input on favorite nd supplements.

After listening to stammets discuss lions mane I grabbed a few powders to try myself. Thankfully nammex released a great article on starch testing which revealed the powders I'd purchased from reputable sources were full of fillers. Wondering what has been everyone's experience with ND lion's mane?
next I have the gotu kola pro duct and cyracos. and I'm not sure if I'm using them correctly but haven't seen anything substantial with either. Having had amazing and noticeable effects with salidrosol and theanine sublinguals, I'm a believer in the quality of nootropics depot products. I typically will use anything sublingually as a first option. Perhaps I need to mix with water and go orally?
Lastly I've been stimulant sensitive for years as in I get irritable and racy so I have t be really careful when adding new supps. I'm looking for recommendations on non jittery stuff with mood and cognitive benefits. Theacrine and Theobromine intrigue me as well as good lions mane and cordyceps

I'm using around 500mg of the cyracos in the am. Gotu kola is a morning dose and it's whatever the suggested dose in the jar is.

Sometimes less is more with Cyracos. You might try cutting the dose in half. It's a strange one. I find if you go higher up in doses, it can actually be a bit stimulating, which is the opposite of lower doses. We think the rosmarinic acid in it has a strange dose/response curve.
