potential interactions in my ND's stack?

Hi guys,

I'm going to start the following stack, mainly based on ND's supplements. Do you see any potential bad interactions? Should I add something?

Thanks!

1. cordyceps (pre-workout). I'm thinking about cycling with PanaMax or maybe eleuthero (Now) for boosting endurance
2. agmatine (pre-workout)
3. taurine (pre-workout)
4. shilajit
5. multivitamin (Naturelo, I'm gonna try Performance Lab or LEF two-a-day next)
6. fish oil
7. pycnogenol/grape seed extract (Now)
8. vit D3 (Now), 4000UI on top of multi, since I have low levels
9. magnesium malate (Jarrow)
10. boron (Now), aids with the absorption of vit D and magnesium, and optimization of free-testosterone
11. Occasionally, lemon balm and bacopa for more deep sleep (I'm going to try Sleep Support next).

In the future, I'd like to experiment with rhodiola and l-citrulline (in place of agmatine) for pre-workout and also NAC, since I have some mild OCD tendencies (i.e. checking things) when stressed.

Thanks mate for your feedback!

Do you currently use a multivitamin? If yes, which brand?
For pre-workout do you think that citrulline would be better than agmatine? I’ve bought agmatine because I’ve read that has also powerful nootropics and mood effects.

No multivitamin for me. Most are crap.

Citrulline and agmatine are different. I'd combine both for the best effects.

Who's buying what tomorrow?

Replying to drop0dead · This is the second year this has happened while I'm out of work, makes me want to cry. If I had any cash I'd get centrophenoxine, agmatine, skull cap, kava, nmn, nr, and ginger.

PM me when you are back working. I will get you taken care of.

What does /u MisterYouAreSoDumb take?

I am always trying new things that we are working on. So at any one point in time my stack will be different. However, I do have some staples in my base stack that stay there pretty consistently. * CoQSol-CF * Reacta-C

Agmatine drama

Where are you seeing this drama? First, it's important to acknowledge that agmatine is a naturally occurring compound produced by beneficial gut bacteria like Lactobacillus and found in some fermented foods. One of the m

MisterYouAreSoDumb, what is your current stack and why?

My base stack stays pretty consistent, but I have modified some things. * Reacta-C * Vitamin D3/K2 (not released yet) * CoQSol-CF * Our Yeast Extract * Microzinc * Berberine/Silymarin * Our EGCG tablets * Our (-)-epicat

Why such a huge difference in pricing for Agmatine capsule vs powder?

Honestly, I have not looked at agmatine pricing in a while. We always do price adjustments if a raw material goes up by more than 20%. There is a possibility that the raw material went up in price when we got a batch in

Agmatine, Piracetam, Kava and Phenibut arrived to Germany

It probably helps that we moved to Asendia, which clears the packages in France and the Netherlands instead of Germany like DHL Ecommerce did. German customs are always horrible to deal with.
