Ashwagandha Help

I see you guys carry three types of Ashwagandha.
1) KSM-66, from what I understand it’s better for daytime?
2) Sensoril
3) Extract
Can someone please explain to a newbie what the uses of each would be for and dosage amounts and frequencies of each. Which do you prefer?
I’m looking for relaxation but also a good night’s sleep. It seems the KSM-66 is very popular but I really want to be able to use it for sleep as well.
As far as the sensoril and the extract, which do you prefer, and do they essentially carry the same benefits?
Thank you so much for any help that you give!

Any insight on which extract ( and what component) affects cortisol level with greater strength?

Want to see a crazy study? This one showed that a withanolide-free extract of ashwagandha was just as effective for stress resistance...
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6639818/
Ashwagandha metabolites other than withanolides contribute to its stress resistance increasing effects. The observations suggest that modulation of physiological functions of gut microbiota may be involved in the mode of action of Withania somnifera root extracts.
So it might not even be a withanolide that is causing the cortisol modulating effects. There are so many active things in ashwgandha, it's nuts.
