You can call the lab, but you are not going to get far that way. I know the lab the company you are interested is using. We called them, and my lab director spoke to them. They WILL NOT give any data about their methods

If you are taking something you feel you might react strongly to, sure. Generally it's best to take a small first dose to make sure you don't have a bad reaction. However, it's not the end of the world if you don't.

People got hung up on the "ideal" ratio by misreading a study on it. That's why you see most at 100mg caffeine 200mg L-theanine. However, many people prefer the opposite after our testing.
