Dosing Advice on Ashwagandha Sensoril

So I’ve just ordered the 30g Sensoril from ND. It says 125mg daily. For those who take it, how do you dose? What is your regiment? I’ve heard of some people taking 1.5-3g daily but that seems kind of high but I am a highly wound up person who has trouble sleeping.

Would you take multiple smaller doses throughout the day or one dose per day?

Thanks so much. Do you think I could get by with taking it in the morning and night? A lot of things that make people tired, level me out. Well, I guess I can just try it when it comes in Wednesday lol.

Sure, you can do that. Not everyone gets tired, and some people love the leveling out effect during the day. I just want to make people aware it can happen, so they don't take it before a big meeting or something, then get upset at us when they fall asleep during it. LOL

1.5-3 grams daily is for raw ashwagandha root, NOT a potent extract like Sensoril. That's way too high for an extract. 125mg of Sensoril is a good solid dose. It makes many people tired, so most take it at night.
