Issue with the scale
What they were answering

So I bought the ND scale, was happy to replace the one I had from China.
The current scale I'm using looks like this, I'm able to put a spoon on it and get measurements for any amount of powder I need.
For the ND scale however, it doesn't work. If I put my spoon on the main area it doesn't register any weight and the mini plate it comes with is too small for me to measure larger doses of powder such as citrulline or magnesium.
Kind of disappointed because I was looking forward to using ND scale for all my powder measurements. Any way to get around this?

The NDS-201 scale is meant to be used with the included weighing pan. You lose accuracy with having a spoon off-center like that. That might not matter for things in the gram range, but definitely does in the 10-50mg range. So for your magnesium it doesn't really matter, but for things like noopept it would. They are just very different scale designs. We are working on a few other scales with different designs and capacities, though. We can consider one that has a broader weighing surface for using other objects like spoons as the weighing pan. We just won't be able to get the same accuracy/precision on that style of design.
