Issue with the scale

Yes, I like the fact that's it's accurate at weighing out small doses. My issue is that the weighing pan is so small that there's no way I can fit larger doses of powder there without making a mess, such as cordyceps, magnesium or citrulline.

Will you consider sending out a broader pan for customers who have bought the scale?

I can speak to the manufacturer about possibly making a second larger weighing pan.

The NDS-201 scale is meant to be used with the included weighing pan. You lose accuracy with having a spoon off-center like that. That might not matter for things in the gram range, but definitely does in the 10-50mg ran

My cordyceps congealed! Any way to rescue it? I haven’t gotten any water in it, I changed out the desiccant packets, but now it’s become a gooey lump. My Red Reishi purchased in the same order is still a powder, stored in the same conditions. What’s going on?
