Do you have any proof regarding "Russian" Phenibut made in China?
There are many pharmaceutical plants in Russia, one in Latvia and another one in Belarus. They are not as large as American plants but they have production facilities for producing Phenibut and other pharmaceutical products. Perhaps, some of them indeed source the substance from China - I do not know about all of them.

The final production of the pills happens in those countries, but the synthesis of the actual raw material happens in China. I found it out by speaking to a bunch of labs in China. Some would not work with us because they have exclusivity contracts with the manufacturers in Russia, Latvia, and Belarus. After pressing them more, they gave me the names of well known ones in those countries. I supposed they could have been lying, but they refused to work with us or let us buy from them for that reason. So I tend to believe them. We've also done a lot of legwork to identify as much of the supply chain of our high volume products as we can. So we know who is making what, where they are, and who they are selling to. The supply chain in China is unmatched anywhere in the world. They can synthesize thousands of kilo batches for much cheaper than these smaller labs can; even in Eastern Europe. Why reinvent the wheel when you can just tap into an efficient supply chain? Plus, Russia/Eastern Europe has pretty close ties to China, and they are connected by land. So it is easy to get raw materials to them cheaply. I've found the same things with phenylpiracetam as well. There is a lab in China that has an exclusivity contract with the manufacturers there as well.
