Why is it not public information that taking any 5-htx agonist daily is likely to cause permanent damage in the body?

Hyperthermia has proven to be the main factor in the cause of MDMA's speculative neuroxicity. Of course the drug can be the cause of it, but behavior can greatly exacerbate the issue. You're cutting too many corners in your reasoning here.

Hyperthermia is the thing most correlated to the amount of damage. Lower hyperthermia: lower damage. Higher hyperthermia: higher damage. The cause of the hyperthermia is likely due to MDMA or its metabolites, and you can protect from damage even if body temps stay high. Alpha lipoic acid is one that lowers damage but does not affect hyperthermia. THC is one that attenuates MDMA-induced hyperthermia, and also lowers damage. So you can attack the issue from both sides.
