What’s up with the new nootropics depot’s noopept?

I’ve been taking noopept from nootropics depot for 3 years now and noticed they made the capsule way smaller since my last order about a week ago. To the left in this image is noopept bought around September and to the right is the new noopept: https://imgur.com/a/piLDUI6
I’ve noticed the new noopept has about 10% of the effect as the older, bigger capsule. Both bottles are labeled “30mg”. Anyone else notice this?

We have a lot more tooling sizes available now. So wherever possible, we are reducing the capsule sizes down to be more inline with the amount of active ingredient, and to reduce the amount of fillers. The amount of active in the products is not changing, though. Nothing to worry about there. Nothing changed on the noopept itself, either. It's the same as it has always been. We do offer both 30mg and 10mg capsules now. However, we use different colored capsules for the 10mg dose. So there is no way to mix them up. Also, our lab HPLCs the capsules to ensure the contents are up to spec. The difference in effect is likely just in your head.
