Fake magnesium citrate from Bulk Supplements?

Hey y’all, made a big purchase on cyber Monday for a bunch of product from Bulk Supplements, most of which I’m pleased with. However, the magnesium citrate lacks that fizzing quality and the sour twang I’ve grown accustomed to from other magnesium citrates.
I’ve reached out to them twice and have received no response, which makes me question their integrity as a company, and raises concerns about the quality of their other products. I’ve also seen this question asked on amazon, with many other concerned customers.
Anybody else buy magnesium citrate from them and experience this?

No I had not, but have now. Thanks for the links. In the 2 years since then has there been much difference in the reliability of Labdoor in your experience?
With so little credibility and accountability in the supplement industry it is discouraging that a lab that is presumed to be independent and reliable would fail so badly at that time. I would guess this is the type of thing that could draw in government regulators. I'm pretty new to the industry myself so it's promising to see you setting an example and encouraging the industry to be more self regulating with both in house and independent testing.

I have not seen anything that would indicate they have changed for the better.
