Hi,
So after dabbling with afinils/racetams/CILTEP and a few herbs, I decided to go ham and try a Semax focussed stack.
I selected Ceretropic as a vendor based on how they handled themselves in this subreddit, as well as the general positive feedback. With this in mind, I built a stack based on products that they had.
This is a throwaway rather than my main account, in case that isn't obvious, though I will probably keep using it to post updates on how it goes.
So, I was basically after better memory/mood/executive function as well as a support to my new years resolution of weight lifting, which I have never done before. I am ~35, male, and live in Australia.
So, after doing a HEAP of research, I came up with the following stack.
- TB500 / DMAA / HGH 176 - as a base lifting/healing stack
- SEMAX / P21 / Selank - as a base mental stack
In addition to this, I will be adding the following;
- Ipamorelin / CJC-1295 - after 2 weeks of the base stack for full cycles
- BPC-176 (I am going to get all these numbers wrong) - as required
- L-Theanine / Tianeptine - as required for mood
So, that said and done, I placed my orders.

The P21 works much better insufflated. I just fill an insulin needle with my desired dose, clip off the needle with school scissors, push it up my nose and push the plunger down while snorting.
I only started doing this at the very end of my P21 vial, and I really regret not trying the method sooner.

I'm going to have to agree. P21 is much more effective nasally. I am using all the neuropeptides nasally, and getting great results. I still do the GH peptides sub-Q, but nasal all the way for the others.
One bit of bad news, though. The ship with our new nasal bottles is now showing it will be unloaded on March 24th... The labor dispute on the ports of the west coast have backed ships up for months. I am really happy with the longshoremen right now.
