Quick question: Noopept - x2 30mg doses throughout day?

Hey hey hey,

Got a quick one. It looks like the research uses 10mg doses 3 times a day. But the caps I got from ND are 30mg.

Is 1 30mg cap twice a day too much noopept? Do the oral caps mitigate absorbtion to the point that the dose is similar to a sublingual 10mg?

The powder in the capsules is evenly mixed. So if you divided it up in 3rds, you would have 10mg noopept. We set them to 30mg for the caps, due to the lower oral bioavailability. I use 10mg sublingually and 1-3mg nasally, but 30mg orally.
