Anyone have any thoughts on Four Sigmatic's Lion's Mane Elixir vs Nootropics Depot's Lion's Mane capsules? I've been taking ND's capsules I'm thinking about giving the Elixir a try (though capsules are far more convenient for me).

I never like to say better. It's different, and more potent. It's a dual water/ethanol extract of the fruiting bodies. No mycelium on grain.

We have our own suppliers, just like we do for all our ND branded products. They make it to our specifications. Then we test them in our lab for ID, content, beta-glucans, heavy metals, and now residual solvent residues.
