Anyone have any thoughts on Four Sigmatic's Lion's Mane Elixir vs Nootropics Depot's Lion's Mane capsules? I've been taking ND's capsules I'm thinking about giving the Elixir a try (though capsules are far more convenient for me).

Real Mushrooms doesn't sell the 8:1 dual water/ethanol extract we sell. That was a custom extract Nammex made specifically for us. Our 1:1 is the same as Real Mushrooms, though.

We have our own suppliers, just like we do for all our ND branded products. They make it to our specifications. Then we test them in our lab for ID, content, beta-glucans, heavy metals, and now residual solvent residues.
