No, it doesn't break down. It falls out of solution. So it is not stable in solution, and clouds up/forms precipitate. The modifications should not alter the pharmacology.

Yeah, similar to that. However, the GHK issue was more pronounced. No matter how much water you added, it would always dissociate some. Our new versions solvate in as little as 1-2ml for a 100mg vial.
