So GHK by itself quickly falls apart to the individual amino acids that make it? By shaking or spontaneously?
What amino acids did you modify in the peptide? Can't such modifications alter the pharmacology of GHK?

No, it doesn't break down. It falls out of solution. So it is not stable in solution, and clouds up/forms precipitate. The modifications should not alter the pharmacology.
