Buying Nootropics in CA?

Does PowderCity sell to CA? When I try to check out, it says there's "no payment option for my state", and "to contact them". Then, under 'Contacts' they have nothing listed at all.

I could use a little help here. I've heard that Nootropics Depot is having some quality control / ethics issues these days. and I'm not able to determine the situation with powder city.

Advice? Experiences? Thanks

My pleasure! It sucks that happened just before we took Nootropics Depot over. It would be nice to not have that post causing confusion for us today, but I have left it up because I want to be open and honest about everything to do with the brand, even if it was before my time.
