Buying Nootropics in CA?

Does PowderCity sell to CA? When I try to check out, it says there's "no payment option for my state", and "to contact them". Then, under 'Contacts' they have nothing listed at all.
I could use a little help here. I've heard that Nootropics Depot is having some quality control / ethics issues these days. and I'm not able to determine the situation with powder city.
Advice? Experiences? Thanks

Almok Utema does not even show up as a customer in our system. Perhaps that's a pseudonym. However, we only have dosing information on our dietary supplement products. Our other products are sold as nootropic compounds, and do not have that information, which is why there are sites like Nootropedia to give dosing information. That is done at the suggestion of our legal council, specifically to comply with FDA guidelines on labeling. Trust me, we have spent a lot of time and money on the exact wording, sizing, and even spacing of our labels to be in compliance with all explicit regulations.
The "warning" Reddit post you linked is before we took over the company. The brand was owned and operated by a completely different company at the time. We took it over after that, and brought everything under our control. You can see our launch post where we discuss all this in the below Reddit post.

The Nootropedia article even speak about the fact that the brand was under new management. We have controlled the Nootropics Depot brand for over two years now, and have brought the quality control and analytical testing standards to higher than they have ever been. You have nothing to worry about buying from us. We have been attacked a lot lately by competitors, but ask any real Redditor here what they think of us, and I am sure you will get great answers. We have a lot of loyal happy customers. You can even write the owner of Nootropedia if you like. We are friendly with him as well, and have worked together for close to 4 years under our other brands. Hell, write the original owner of Powder City and ask him what he thinks of us. I am friendly with him as well.
