Buying Nootropics in CA?

Does PowderCity sell to CA? When I try to check out, it says there's "no payment option for my state", and "to contact them". Then, under 'Contacts' they have nothing listed at all.
I could use a little help here. I've heard that Nootropics Depot is having some quality control / ethics issues these days. and I'm not able to determine the situation with powder city.
Advice? Experiences? Thanks

Ok so can you Adress specifically the solvent in the l theanine that is hepatoxic? As someone with liver disease that orders from you regularly I think I have a right to a full explanation.

Remember, this is not our L-theanine, and is not ever been L-theanine that was sold by us. The L-theanine from that post was from the old owners of Nootropics Depot. Nothing you have ordered from us has solvent residue on it. So you don't have anything to be worried about. It's also seemed to have been an issue with Bulk Supplements and the old Powder City with certain batches.

The general consensus is that the solvent that was left in some batches from other vendors was ethyl acetate, and in very low amounts. It was not enough to detect on HPLC, but gave off a fairly strong smell. It's also not hepatotoxic. That was speculation by the original poster, not actual analysis. Again, this was not our L-theanine. I want to make that very clear. This was before we took over control of the Nootropics Depot brand over 2 years ago.
