Your tracking should have shown activity by now. PM me your order number and I will look into it.

30 days is in no way a normal time for Canada. My support team just gives a range to set expectations for delays in customs that sometimes happen. It should arrive much faster than that. Also, you can choose other shipping methods. We recently enabled DHL for a lot of regions, and it gets to Canada next day in most cases. Just PM me your order details so I can check why the tracking is being weird.
