Noopept Sublingual Solution - Dropper Bottle

Hi everyone!
Might be a dumb question (still quite a newbie), I recently purchased the noopept solution and according to various anecdotal stories on the internet, I should be keeping it under my tongue until I can’t taste it?
As it’s a liquid, it obviously doesn’t stay there due to saliva production and after a few minutes it feels like I just swallow a bunch, is there a more effective way to ingest this?
Also - ordered on Tuesday, was with me by Friday in Australia! 10/10 for delivery timing!

Leaving it under your tongue for a few minutes, then swallowing, is fine. Usually I will swish it around a bit to hit more mucous membranes. You'll never have all the liquid absorb, but the noopept will.
