In the below post, user SnarkySincerity when speaking of Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), states that 'It's fun to chew the waxy, iridescent flakes, which have no flavor at all'.

I recently purchased PEA from Nootropics Depot. It is an awesome product so thanks /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb. The product from Nootropics Depot is a very fine, light powder NOT waxy flakes. Can /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb or anyone explain? Is PEA supposed to have a waxy flakey consistency? I just want to be sure that what I have is true PEA...

We had the more recent batches milled finer. That's easier to work with, both in powder and in capsules. The larger flakes are cool looking, but not as practical for use.
