In the below post, user SnarkySincerity when speaking of Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), states that 'It's fun to chew the waxy, iridescent flakes, which have no flavor at all'.

I recently purchased PEA from Nootropics Depot. It is an awesome product so thanks /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb. The product from Nootropics Depot is a very fine, light powder NOT waxy flakes. Can /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb or anyone explain? Is PEA supposed to have a waxy flakey consistency? I just want to be sure that what I have is true PEA...

Micronized or ultramicronized?
and is there much of a difference? I know one of these 2 is essential for proper bioavailability right?

I don't think there is much of a difference in effects between the two. All the studies that I can see show equal efficacy between the micronized and ultramicronized formulations.
