Second bottle of semax (NASA) feels like a dud.

My first order of N-ACETYL SEMAX AMIDATE SPRAY had a very noticeable positive effect after each dose. I was very impressed. I just received my second bottle, the day after I finished the first, but this one doesn't seem to do much of anything. Is it possible that it was shaken or overheated in transit?
