Why doesn’t ND sell semax?

I’m just curious. I’m assuming it has something to do with the bank. Wish ND sold the pure powder so I could suspend my own nasal solution.

It would be entirely correct to say Semax is my baby. I wasn't the first person in the world to make it, but I certainly popularized it here in the west. It literally didn't exist as it does today before we changed that with Ceretropic. It used to only come in dropper bottles from Russia for $180. We were the first to bring it out in peptide vials. We were the first to make it into actual nasal sprays. I was the first one in the world to experiment with large doses, and the "standard" doses people sell today are all based off my personal experience setting them. Hell, I accidentally took 24mg in a single dose once. There is a post about it on /r/Nootropics. We pioneered most of the peptides people use today on Ceretropic. However, if you were not around back then you may not realize just how much shit we went through. You can go back and read through some of the posts on /r/Ceretropic if you like. It was a battle every day to stay in business. It was quite literally a nightmare for me. It took a large toll on my health because of the stress during that time period. It was sad saying goodbye to Ceretropic, but it needed to happen.
Peptides are a very different class of compound in the eyes of the law in the US. They are also very different in the eyes of banks and card processors. A business selling peptides in the US is looked at in a whole different light than other businesses. Not only is it impossible to have secure banking and processing, but the federal government started cracking down and raiding companies. People were literally going to prison over it. That's not even considering the civil liability issues it comes with, either. So while I really do love Semax, and we pushed the boundaries on it and many other peptides with Ceretropic, it's not something we can touch in the US these days. It's just too risky. My larger mission is to advance the analytical and quality control standards of the industry, but I can't do that while also fighting for peptides. It places too much risk on our real mission. We have come so far, and we are so damn close to making another big jump forward in that regard. I have to be smart and focus on the things I can actually change right now. I can't change the legal and regulatory framework surrounding peptides in the US; at least not right now. Perhaps someday things will be different.
