I asked for CoA on march 30 for specific lot, on april 5 i got an reply than it takes a week or less to create it ( dont you have them already ?). 7 days later ( as i was said a week or less) 12 april i emailed again and asked whats up with it.
And since then i didn't get any reply at all and another week passed.
So i wonder is it normal such long reply time or what happening :)

How long would you estimate it would take to respond with a bitcoin invoice? I only emailed yesterday (and once again this AM as a back up). I want to be sure I'm going through the process right!

My team doesn't work on Sundays. However, they will certainly get to you today, if they have not already. Mondays are busy, but we usually get back to everyone from the weekend for payment tickets.
