Noopept Risk - PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Noopept and Vinpocetine are two nootropics that reliably do the opposite of what I want a nootropic to do. The former caused emotional and cognitive blunting or "fog", the latter, vinpocetine, is for me like a bad mood in a pill.

Vinpocetine is one I actually really like. However, it negatively affects my immune system every time I take it. So I avoid it. The variability in people's effects can be drastic. I think that's the main message people should spread with all supplements/nootropics/drugs. We're a lot more complex that most people like to think.

Noopept can bunt my emotions when taken orally or sublingually. However, lower doses nasally do not cause that effect. I think it's dose-dependent, and nasal allows me to need a much lower dose.
