Tried using https://xcoins.io/ --> What a laughable FARCE and RIPOFF.

Just tried to use https://xcoins.io/. Signing up was easy. My Ceretropic order was $63.00. BUT... in order to buy $63.00 in Bitcoins from XCoins, these were the charges:

$63 for the Bitcoins;
$9.40 "Lender's Fee";
$4.70 "Loan Origination Fee";
$2.60 "PayPal Fee";
for a total of $79.70!!! No Shit. I'm not kidding. Also, there's this:

"IMPORTANT: first-time borrowers will need to upload a photo ID after the payment, before the transaction is approved. The name on the photo ID must be the name of the person, who made the payment." --> No instructions were provided on how to do this.

Oh, this is devastating. Your semax/selank formulations have literally saved my life.

(edit: I wish you cared about money enough to be willing to just jack up the prices to be worth it.)

It's not about the money. It's about the ridiculous amounts of stress I have to endure trying to keep Ceretropic going. It's really starting to affect my health with how much stress I am under. No amount of money is worth me running down my health as much as I am.

Paying without crypto

Replying to Malician · can you think of anything remotely feasible someone motivated could do to help you keep ceretropic open? I'm freakin' terrified about losing access to na-semax-amidate and na-sel

Try to promote crypto as much as you can, and keep supporting Nootropics Depot, as that is really what keeps the lights on at this point.

German customs seized and destroyed my Semax/Selank order worth 240 $.

Most of our German customers use a reshipper in the EU when ordering peptides. We get regular powders into Germany no problem. However, sometimes they are weird with peptides. So usually German customers use a reshipper

How long will credit card processing be down for? I've heard it might be down for good. Is this true? And if it is, might we see the return of a number of products?

Replying to Malician · that's terrifying; na-selank and the amidated semax are really critical for my mental health. I take breaks from them (last one was a month) but I'm really shaky and swingy withou

I'll keep it going as long as I can. Hell, I've kept it going for over 2 years now since we lost processing. So you never know. I am just letting people know that it is a possibility at some point.

Selank/Semax: Buffer with sodium bicarb okay?

Peptides are most stable in acidic conditions. When you start to make the solutions more basic, then hydrolysis becomes more likely.

NA Selank Amidate , shaken not stirred ?

Replying to __plasma · Shaking won't do anything bad to your Semax. Peptide bonds are not broken like this. Cue undergrad chemistry. Also, paging u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

Shaking should not be an issue with smaller peptides like this. The caution for that is more for larger ones like CJC-1295 and TB-500. I am not sure how legitimate of a concern that is, though. They are more like protein

Ocular delivery of peptides (Semax, Selank) with time release.

Ocular administration is not very efficient, and comes with its own risks. I would avoid it unless absolutely necessary. Your eyes do not heal like other parts of the body. Regarding PGLA microspheres, it's an interesti
