Tried using https://xcoins.io/ --> What a laughable FARCE and RIPOFF.

Just tried to use https://xcoins.io/. Signing up was easy. My Ceretropic order was $63.00. BUT... in order to buy $63.00 in Bitcoins from XCoins, these were the charges:

$63 for the Bitcoins;
$9.40 "Lender's Fee";
$4.70 "Loan Origination Fee";
$2.60 "PayPal Fee";
for a total of $79.70!!! No Shit. I'm not kidding. Also, there's this:

"IMPORTANT: first-time borrowers will need to upload a photo ID after the payment, before the transaction is approved. The name on the photo ID must be the name of the person, who made the payment." --> No instructions were provided on how to do this.

Well those charges are excessive. Coinbase still works for people in the US. You can send directly from your Coinbase app on your phone at checkout just by scanning the QR code. It's super easy.
