Magnesium: WTF?

I posted a bit back regarding some issues I was having to which another user replied clearing up that what I described sounded more like mild psychosis if anything and essentially an overactive 'fight or flight' response. It was to the point of delirium. My mood, executive functions, and stress tolerance were beyond fucked. Sounds would make me angry and I'd obsess about them (someone coughing felt like an undertoned insult) and avoid them. I'd been on benzos, antipsychotics, and a whole slew of antidepressants but it was just getting progressively worse, even off kratom/weed/etc, I felt like I was just as bad (in a slightly different configuration of symptoms, however).
Finally, after all this research into neurotransmitter systems and so on, I decided to google "misinterpreting sounds". What about labdor analysis of it ?
https://labdoor.com/review/natural-vitality-natural-calm/report
This product recorded 0.916 mcg of total arsenic per serving.
This product recorded 0.708 mcg of cadmium per serving.
Should it be a concern or not?

Ohh, I am not getting Natural Calm. That's just flavored and probably untested bulk stuff. I'm going direct to our chemical suppliers for already synthesized di-basic magnesium citrate.
I personally would not take Nature Calm after seeing those levels. Organic arsenic in things like krill oil is fine, since it is found naturally in it, but inorganic arsenic should not be in a magnesium product.
