Which one's better? Note I'm from Australia so reviews on vendors that can ship internationally would be great. Powdercity, nootropicdepot...is it significantly better? marginally?

Nootropicsdepot Lions Mane includes fillers (malto-dextrin) that distort the polysacharide numbers: malto-dextrin is also a polysacharide. It also includes flow agents.
I can't help but wonder why add fillers ???

We do not distort anything. The beta-glucan numbers are from the BULK mushroom material, not the capsules with filler. Not only that, but we don't list polysacharide numbers. Those are BS numbers anyway, as any starch is a polysacharide. We list actual beta-d-glucan numbers, as those are the active compounds in the mushroom. You can see the COAs on the powder in jars are the same as the ones for the capsules. There is nothing in our bulk powder jars other than the mushroom materials. There is no reason for fillers and flow agents in powder jars. That's only for capsules.
We have some filler and flow agents in the capsules, as that is the best way to ensure consistency in the encapsulation process. Anyone that doesn't is not getting consistent fills in their capsules. Many companies just lie about using fillers and flow agents in their capsules, but it's literally the only reliable way to ensure consistency in the encapsulation process.
