We've had to stop carrying Noopept at LiftMode , in an effort to adapt to the current regulatory regime and pressures being applied to and by acquiring banks.
In accordance with the current (ill-conceived, capriciously enforced) regulatory framework, LiftMode focuses on offering dietary supplements for human consumption, made with what we believe to be FDA-compliant dietary supplement ingredients.
Given the draconian draft guidance coming out of the FDA, we couldn't be certain whether Noopept would be considered a dietary ingredient by the government; and none of the mainstream credit card processors we approached were willing or able to process Noopept purchases.
A number of other valid dietary ingredients likewise had to be dropped from LiftMode in order to hew to the seemingly bizarre whims and phobias of the banking risk underwriters. For example we were instructed that GABA (found in all manner of fermented foods) and p-Synephrine (found in traditional orange marmalade) were verboten.
No doubt our limited understanding as mere small businesses and consumers is inadequate to comprehend the great and subtle design that lies behind such profound decisions. The authorities charged with guarding our safety for us - those wise regulators and financial institutions - are surely only holding fast to deeply thought out tenets that imperceptibly underpin their ostensibly n…

Guess what just happened to us! BBVA shut down ALL our bank accounts, and even a bank account for one of my other completely unrelated companies. I've been with BBVA for over a decade, and they have been the primary bank for all the companies I have owned. Then we just get a letter in the mail right before Christmas that all our accounts will be closed in 30 days, and that any company where I am a signer, or any personal accounts, will be banned going forward. Can you guess what the reasoning was?!? Bitcoin... We got wires and ACH transfers in from a company associated with Bitcoin (Bitpay and Coinbase). I guess it's BBVA's new policy that they do not work with people who participate in Bitcoin!!! Ohh, and want to know the real kicker?!? EVERY SINGLE OTHER MAJOR BANK is now saying the same thing. Wells, Chase, US Bank, PNC, and even down to smaller regional banks, are now saying that if you get deposits in from a company associated with Bitcoin that your accounts will be immediately closed without any recourse.
Soooo yeah, you guys should be aware of that, and start getting some alternate accounts in place. The wires and ACH transfers in our case were from January 2015!!!! So almost 2 years ago. Even if you are not getting deposits from BTC companies into your accounts now, if you have in the past, they can and will shut you down. This is the fucking world we live in. Our country is owned by banks, and we are just pawns in their bullshit game of sucking wealth from Americans.
I'm really raw from getting fucked so much in 2016...
